By engaging our services or accessing our technician portal, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these provisions.
Service and Repair Scope
Aftersales by PvPower provides professional repair orchestration. We are not the manufacturer of solar components. Our role is the specialized diagnostic and restorative labor required to maintain system integrity.
Service Mandate
- On-site technical diagnosis and fault verification.
- Component restoration and inverter firmware optimization.
- Post-repair performance reporting and certification.
Service Warranty and Limitations
All repair labor performed by Aftersales by PvPower carries a specialized 6-month technical integrity guarantee.
Coverage
Labor-related defects arising directly from the technician's intervention.
Exclusions
Pre-existing environmental damage, lightning strikes, or grid surges.
Limitation of Liability
Indirect Loss
Aftersales by PvPower is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from downtime.
Maximum Aggregate
Total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount paid for the specific service ticket in question.
Data Integrity
While we provide precision reporting, final responsibility for archival remains with the system owner.
Termination of Access
We reserve the right to suspend access to our technician portal and diagnostic tools in the event of payment delinquency or violation of safety protocols.
Any compromise of safety standards can result in immediate termination of the service relationship.
